The carpet must be woven before shipping. It will take our team between 2-4 weeks to finish weaving your rug. After your product is processed and fulfilled, our team will ship your product and transit time for orders ranges from 2 to 5 business days.

NB:

You can find the following information in your shipping confirmation email.
Don't panic when you see your tracking information showing "Order could not be found". This usually appears when we have just fulfilled and shipped your order, and it will take up to 24-48 hours for the courier service to clear your package into their system.
We recommend that you start tracking the status of your order 48 to 72 hours after receiving your order tracking number from us.
But in very rare cases, if you are still unable to track the status of your order after the specified time frame, please contact us at support@33bohemian.com and we will assist you in investigating further.

Taxes and Fees
For customers in the United States, there are no taxes and customs duties on handmade wool rugs due to the Free Trade Agreement between Morocco and the United States of America.
