The weaving process involves one or two women seated side by side on a bench at a vertical loom, ensuring their hands remain at the same level. This method requires the weaver to rely on forms from memory, providing ample scope for creativity. Rooted in tradition, these artisans continually incorporate their intuitions, feelings, and imagination into their work, allowing for artistic freedom.
